BR:1-12 The musician of Bremen

I read a book that is "The musician of Bremen".
Once upon a time, there was a donkey, dog, cat and rooster. Their master was very mean person, so they planed to escape from their house.

Then, in the dark forest, they found a house. In there there were some dishes but there were some gang of robbers. They had an idea that was suprised by burst. Then, the robber escaped.

After this, they could eat the dishes and took a rest. But, the robber came back there. So, they surprsed him again. Then, he escaped from there again. From then, the robbers never came back to there again.

After I read this book, I think it was good that they could escape from their master and the robbers.

BR:1-11 The goose that laid the Golden Eggs

I read a book that is "The goose that laid the Golden Eggs".
This story of one husband and wife. They were poor but they spend enough life. They had a goat for milk and hens, geese for eggs. Also, they had a yard for vegitables and fruit. Every morning, Tom go to village to sell the eggs. One morning, he found one strange egg. It was dark yellow and very heavy. At first, he thought it was a trick. But, his wife said "It isn't a trick. It's a golden eggs."

Then, he went to see Gold smith. He amazed very much and he said that " I want to buy this egg". He paid to Tom. It was a lot of money. From then, he found golden eggs every day and sell it. So, they became rich.

One day, they had a idea that is kill the goose. Because they thought that there were many golden eggs inside of goose's body. But, there weren't. From then they couldn't find golden eggs. So, they became poor again.

After reading the book, I thought that it is bad things to push our luck!!

BR:1-10 The Enormous Turnip

I read a book that is "The Enormous Turnip".
This story is about one family.
One day, the farmer went to his field to gather turnip. Then, he found one turnip. This had very big leaves. He thought that "I'll gather that". But, he couldn't gather it. Because the turnip too big to move. His wife saw this scene, so she said that "I'll help". She hugged the farmer. But they couldn't gather it. Next, their son came. He said that "I'll help" too. But they couldn't gather it. And one after another came here. The dog, cat, bird..... But they couldn't gather it easily.
At last, the turnip popped out of the ground.

Next morning, they ate the turnip for lunch, dinner. But, they couldn't finish to eat, so they ate it every day. The farmer said "Next year, I'll grow carrots".

After I read this story, I thought that I know this story. But, I didn't know last scene. So, I thought it was fun!!

BR:1-09 The Little Giraffe

I read a book that is "The Little Giraffe".

One day, there was one little giraffe. This giraffe was first giraffe in the world. He lived with best friend of rhino. They looked for food every day, but they couldn't find them. So, they tried to see one wise man. The wise man said them to come here tomorrow. Next day, only the giraffe went to there. In there, the wise man gave a drink of magic for the giraffe. Soon, the giraffe became big giraffe. After this, the giraffe went to out side. In there, there was the rhno. The giraffe asked him "Why didn't you come wise man's house?". He answered "Oh, I forgot!!". The rhino didn't remenber to go to wise man's house. He said " I want to get the drink too." But, there weren't the drink. Then, the rhino was very angry. So, rhino are angry now.

After I read this book, I couldn't understand last scene. But, I thought that rhino's image. So, I couold understand this means.

I read a book that is "Clever rabbit and the Lion".
This story is about clever rabbit and the lion. There was big lion in the forest. He had sharp nail. He said "I'm a king of this jungle. I will eat all." Then, everyone feared this lion. One day, clever rabbit said the lion " you aren't only lion in this jungle" and he showed to river. The lion's face was reflected in the river. The lion saw this and he was shock. The lion struggled and fell down the river. From then, everyone didn't meet the lion.

This rabbit was very clever. The rabbit save everyone from the lion, so this rabbit is hero!!

I read a book that is "The sun and the wind".
This story is about the sun and the wind. The sun and wind was racing. One day, the sun asked the wind "can you make the man taking off the coat?". And the wind answered "of course". Then, the wind rased heavy wind but the man didn't take off the coat. After that, the sun said that " my turn". The sun lighted the man. Then, the man took off the coat because he felt that it is very warm. The sun said "I won".

I thought that the sun is very clever. I didn't imagine this way.

I read a book that is "How Elephants lost wings".
This story is about flying elephants. There are elephants that can fly. Because they have wings. Some people ride this, but the elephants are very noisy. Sometimes they shout and throw down the trees and houses. People have a trouble. Then, people have a good idea.
One day, they invited elephants to feast and give many food for elephants. So, elephants sleep.When elephants sleep, people cutting the wings. So, they never fly again.

This story is very fun!! I think that elephants are little poor. But, this world became peace world for people. This is good things.

I read a book that is "The Runway Pancake".
This story is of puncake escape. There was a family. Family member was father, mother, and seven children. One day, mother cooked pancake for them. Every family member looked forward to eat pancake very much. The moment everyone try eat them, the pancake escape. Because pancake don't want to be eaten. Then, family chased pancake. But this is not only this family. When pancake escape from a family, he met dog, rabbit, duck and so on. This became long line. finally, pancake met a pig. The pig deceive pancake. Eventually, the pig ate this pancake.


This story is impossible things because pancake can't escape. But it is very fun and cute story. I think that food is thinking that don't want to be eaten.

I read a book that is "Arthur's Reading Race".
This story's main character is Arthur. Recently, he became to be able to read many things and he was happy about it. From then, he reads everywhere. For example, it is in the car, bed and so on. One day, he said to his younger sister "I teach you to read". But, she said "I already know it".
From then,　their race was started.


This story was very fun!! Especially, scene that Arthur sat down on a bench. The bench was wet paint. He couldn't read tip seat. But, his sister could and she didn't sit down.

I read a book that is "The Fox and the Stork".
This is a story of Fox and Stork. They were friends, but Fox was rogue. One day, he had an idea to his friend, stork. Fox invited stork to dinner and fox cooked soup for stork. Fox poured soup into wide bowls. But, stork couldn't eat it because his bill was very long. Next day, this time stork invited fox to dinner and stork cooked soup for fox too. And stork poured soup into tall jars. Then, fox couldn't eat it too because he didn't have long bill. Fox was angry but stork said,"You pulled a stunt first. You have to be kind to friends. If you are kind, everyone are kind to you."


After I read this book, I thought that I agree with stork's things he said. I have to be kind everyone too.

I read "Beef Stew".
This story's main character is a boy, Nicky. One day, his mother make a lot of beef stew, so she said " Would you like to ask a friend for dinner?". He answered "Yes!!". He ask many people. For example, his friends, his teacher, officer,and so on. But no one says "yes". He felt little sad....
Then, one post man speak to him. He said " This mail will make you happy". Nicky read it and run all the way because his grand mother come to his town to see them.
Nicky could invite for people, grand mother!! Then, he could eat beef stew.

BR:1-01 Happy Birthday, Thomas

I read "Happy Birthday, Thomas". This book is famous Thomas series.
Thomas and his friends work hard every day. But, only today he doesn't want to work because today is his birthday. He wants to have a birthday party and get present from his friends.
But, Sir Topham Hatt says Tohmas " Everyone are busy. You must work today." So,he work unwilling. No one says about his birthday.
After work, he backs to the shed and enter the inside.
Then, his friends celebrate his birthday. It is very nice party and there are many presents for him. He has very good time!!
